Collection of your pet from Veterinary Practice
Should your pet pass away at your veterinary practice, the practice staff will discuss your wishes, including whether you would like an individual or a communal cremation. This will also detail the choice of service you require and the many ways you can have the ashes of your beloved pet returned to you by The Pet Crematorium.
Gold Leaf Service
Our Gold Leaf Service is a premium service which allows you to have your pet collected from your home or veterinary practice within 24 hours of your telephone call, seven days a week. We then guarantee that your beloved pet will be cremated individually as per your wishes and returned to you within 3 working days.
Bringing your pet to the Crematorium
You may wish to bring your pet directly to the crematorium where you can say your farewells in the privacy of our tranquil family room. Please contact your chosen crematorium, where we will then assist you in making the arrangements to suit you.
Out of hours Service
If you require our services in the evening or at the weekend, please call the main number and you will automatically be transferred to the member of staff on call who will help and advise you on all of our services.
Returning of your pets ashes
The ashes of your pet can be returned to either your veterinary practice or your home address, or can be prepared for you to collect from the pet crematorium.
Individual Cremation
Your pet will be cremated separately by name and the ashes returned to you in one of our handcrafted caskets for you to keep, bury or scatter. We guarantee that the ashes returned to you will be all those ashes and only those ashes of your pet.
Communal Cremation
Your pet will be cremated with other pets and there will be no ashes returned.
Equine Cremation
As with our smaller companions, The Pet Crematorium offers a complete equine service that includes collection and both individual and communal cremations.
